2006 was a remarkable year for Ramee Arbaji, one
of Scarborough’s young, up and coming referees!
The following will provide a glimpse of some of his accomplishments.He
successfully passed the level two examination, fitness and will complete his on field assessment this year.
In September, he was appointed to officiate in
one of many Ontario Cup Finals.In October,
he was selected by OSA to be AR #1 in the U14 Boys and Girls National Championship, held in Ontario.
In November, he was invited by OSA to participate (Officiate) in
the Super Y League -North American Finals in Tampa Bay, Florida. This was a week long tournament, which provided Ramee with
the opportunity to work with fellow referees out side of Ontario and gained valuable experience.
Ramee seems to be heading in the right direction towards advancing
his soccer refereeing career. We wish him a successful career!
